Honeymoon Photos - Part 2

This is a big bullfrog at our campsite the one night.

Here are some more bunchberries (with some blue berries I can't identify). I can't remember if the bunchberries are safe to eat or not but we did eat thousands of blueberries, thimbleberries and strawberries.

A more detailed view of some bunchberries.

Here we are along the coast near the Daisy Farm campground. The water is pretty frigid but considering that it was 90+ outside and humid, the water felt pretty good. (While we were there, the island had its biggest heat wave in about 50 years.)

This is Duncan Bay where we spent two days canoeing.

This is just a generic image of the forest at the Duncan Bay campground (which we reached by canoe).

Here is an image of the ground cover (numerous club mosses) at that campground.

And, lastly sunrise from that campground.

Here we are in our canoe at the Duncan Bay Narrows campground.

This is the Passage Island Lighthouse (which has some interesting history). The image is blurry since I took it from a boat moving at about 40kph.

Here is a closeup of the lighthouse.

This was taken from a high point on Passage Island looking down at the shoreline.
